生物質燃料成型原理
生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)中(zhong)含有的(de)(de)木質(zhi)素(su)(su)是一種高分子(zi)化合物(wu)(wu)(wu),它在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)一定溫(wen)度或壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力下(xia)(xia)會軟化,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)常溫(wen)成(cheng)(cheng)型過(guo)程,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)本身因受擠(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)和摩擦而產生(sheng)部(bu)分熱量,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱量和壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia)軟化的(de)(de)木質(zhi)素(su)(su)將周(zhou)圍的(de)(de)纖維素(su)(su)粘(zhan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)一起(qi),形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)固體燃料(liao)(liao)。經過(guo)粉碎及水分調節處理后的(de)(de)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)原料(liao)(liao)通過(guo)進料(liao)(liao)倉進入成(cheng)(cheng)型區。電動機通過(guo)傳動裝置(zhi)驅動壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輥轉動,將物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)碾(nian)碎壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)實并不(bu)斷擠(ji)入模盤上的(de)(de)模具(ju)中(zhong)。成(cheng)(cheng)型時(shi)模盤處安裝有加熱裝置(zhi),同時(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輥運(yun)動和物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)成(cheng)(cheng)型過(guo)程中(zhong)引起(qi)的(de)(de)摩擦和擠(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)也會產生(sheng)大量熱能,保證(zheng)成(cheng)(cheng)型時(shi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度要求。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)一定的(de)(de)溫(wen)度和壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力條件下(xia)(xia)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)模具(ju)中(zhong)結合成(cheng)(cheng)型,并被擠(ji)出模具(ju)成(cheng)(cheng)為塊狀或棒狀固體
